Cover for Aurelia

Have you ever met a god? No?

No wonder you believe in defiance

They are revered and admired

They are incomprehensible beings

That live on the brink of knowledge and reason

In my earliest life, I met one

Then I was fortunate enough to bear one

So I pushed him, to become my offering, my reason to exist

But he was sealed by the jealous hands of humanity

That didn’t want to be left behind

And I couldn’t do anything for him because he had done the same to me

But evil conniving brought him back

To punish and teach he who is fated but faithless

A king in presence and might through time and ages

But to me, they all fall short

And I will prove it

By bringing a god before them.
