Every elf chosen and blessed
by the goddess of his realm
faces the death of soul.
Overwhelmed by the burden of righting wrongs
and maintaining the balance simply because,
doesn’t turn out to be
enough motivation to withstand the pain
but the goddesses keep them strong and healthy
for all of time
as their soul’s flame
slowly deteriorates…
